Passion fruit and kiwi cooler

Flesh of 1 large lime, diced
1 large kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
12 fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp caster sugar
Flesh of 1 large passion fruit
150mls passion fruit juice
2 large shots of vodka

Method

Set aside half of the diced kiwi and 4 mint leaves. Shake all other ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into an ice filled highball, and garnish with the remaining kiwi and mint.
